As a Merchant Success Executive (EDC Acquisition), you will work closely with merchants to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless integration process. You will leverage your sales skills and technical knowledge to drive EDC adoption, ultimately contributing to the growth of our EDC business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research to identify and prospect potential EDC customers in Seruyan, Kalimantan Tengah.
• Develop and maintain relationships with merchants to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate BukuWarung's EDC solutions, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and training of EDC devices for merchants.
• Monitor merchant performance and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of our EDC solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive EDC acquisition goals.
• Provide regular reports and updates on EDC adoption progress and merchant feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EDC technology and merchant success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial technology or payment solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of EDC technology and payment solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
• Familiarity with the Seruyan, Kalimantan Tengah market and local business landscape.
• Willingness to travel to merchant locations as needed.
