📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Collect and process clinical specimens from patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of specimen collection, labeling, and transportation.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients during specimen collection procedures.
- Utilize the LabMaster Pro software to manage and track specimens, maintaining a high standard of record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure timely and accurate specimen processing and analysis.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing laboratory practices and patient care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) from the Indonesian Nursing Board (DIN).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical specimen collection and patient care.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and infection control measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care.
- Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabMaster Pro.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding patient privacy.
