📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent for our growing team.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to align with our organizational goals.
• Screen and interview candidates, evaluating their fit for our company culture and values.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team on recruitment best practices and policies.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring for the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
