📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social-emotional development, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to ensure a seamless transition of information and support for the children in your care.
• Monitor and assess children's progress using both formal and informal assessment methods, providing targeted support and interventions as needed.
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education, attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continuously improve your teaching skills.
• Participate in school-wide events, community outreach programs, and other activities that contribute to the overall development of the children and the school.
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the children, their families, and the broader school community.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, progress, and any special needs or accommodations required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Early Childhood Educator or a similar role.
• Valid teaching certification or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and practices, including the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with educational software and technology, such as Google Classroom, Seesaw, or similar platforms, is a plus.
