📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using BambooHR.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Certification in HR management (SHRM-CP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proficiency in BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
