📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate strategy and policies aligned with company vision and values
• Manage stakeholder relations with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community organizations
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
• Oversee corporate communications, including media relations, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives
• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on corporate performance and risk
• Lead and mentor the corporate affairs team
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in corporate affairs, stakeholder relations, or corporate governance
• Proven track record of developing and implementing corporate strategies and policies
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience with corporate governance frameworks such as ISO 37301, COSO, or King IV
