📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and execute strategic HR initiatives to support the business objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct employee engagement surveys and surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best talent is hired.,Partner with business leaders to drive performance management and talent development programs.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.
