📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data,Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and issues in a timely manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies,Experience with IT security best practices and tools,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
