In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels are up-to-date.,Manage inventory replenishment processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory levels.,Implement and maintain inventory management systems and software.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide training and support to junior inventory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to inventory management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
