📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts payable process, including invoicing, approvals, and payments.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments and reconciliation of accounts.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments.,Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.,Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Provide support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
