DASH Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a proven track record in creating effective learning solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Identify training needs and create customized learning solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring high levels of engagement and participation.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
