Resto Budi Bangunan is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and property documentation.,Perform night audits and reconcile daily cash transactions.,Train and mentor junior front desk staff to ensure high service standards.,Assist in organizing and attending to special events and group bookings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse guests.,Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software and property management systems.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
