📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure timely service and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Maintain communication with vendors and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Good knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
