📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the head office to implement new initiatives and strategies.
  • Promote and manage marketing activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to branch improvement plans.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
