📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial records, transactions, and processes to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify potential risks.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing guidance and support to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
