📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities in Indonesia
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
• Manage relationships with borrowers, investors, and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement investment strategies for real estate projects
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of our real estate investments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private credit, real estate investing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with Indonesian real estate market and regulations
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Experience with financial software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
