📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory records.,Assist in organizing and managing store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
