📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business performance.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Ensure the quality and consistency of our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
