📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs and improve efficiency.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms.,Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure that they meet our quality and delivery standards.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders in the supply chain.,Analyze and interpret procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in purchasing and sourcing.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools.,Experience with supplier relationship management (SRM) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
