📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high service standards,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Promote and uphold the company's brand image and values

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales techniques,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a must
