📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the sales counter, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.,Drive sales growth by promoting our products and services, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.,Monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor junior sales staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
