📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations of assigned sales outlets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Train and motivate sales staff to enhance performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Lead team meetings and provide feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or sales management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
