Maintenance Assistant (PKS)

Fajar Baizuri & Brothers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant (PKS) to join our team in Nagan Raya, Aceh. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong technical background and a passion for maintaining industrial equipment.

As a Maintenance Assistant (PKS), you will work closely with our maintenance team to diagnose and resolve issues with our machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with tools and equipment commonly used in industrial maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with machinery and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operated.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in industrial maintenance, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and multimeters.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
