📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Manage and grow our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content, including images, videos, and copy, to attract and retain followers.,Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure consistency in brand messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies.,Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to expand our reach.,Conduct regular reports on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.
