Indonesia Textile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care and support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy and a passion for improving workplace health and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to employees.,Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.,Manage and maintain the pharmacy inventory and records.,Coordinate with healthcare providers for medication management.,Educate employees on medication usage and health promotion.,Participate in workplace health and safety initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with pharmacy software and technology.,Certification in workplace health and safety is a plus.
