Leaf Express Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Manage cash and inventory to prevent shortages or excesses.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and security.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and cultural norms.
