📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions,Conduct training evaluations and provide feedback to participants,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
