Sehati Dian Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated Junior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Ubud. We are a vibrant and welcoming café that offers a variety of coffee and food options, as well as a cozy atmosphere for our customers to enjoy.

We are seeking someone who is friendly, outgoing, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, handling reservations, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant experience during their visit.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing information about our menu and services
  • Assisting with reservations and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience
  • Managing the front desk and ensuring that it is clean and organized
  • Assisting with cash handling and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with inventory management and ensuring that our supplies are well-stocked
  • Assisting with event planning and setup, as needed
  • Promoting our café and its offerings to customers and potential customers

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
