📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic planning.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
• Provide financial support to the retail operations, including inventory valuation and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Stay updated with the latest financial trends and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
