📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, following manufacturer guidelines and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all vehicles.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers and vendors.,Provide excellent customer service and support to drivers and other stakeholders.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for fleet operations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
