📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Experience with POS systems is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
